Before Shipping: You can request to cancel your clothing order for a full refund at any time before the order is fulfilled and shipped. Please contact our support team immediately at info@levenyw.com with your order number.
After Shipping: Once your order has been packaged and a shipping tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to receive the package and follow our standard [Exchange & Return Policy].

If you purchase an item from an upcoming collection or a limited-edition design via Pre-Order:

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the official shipping date specified on the product page.
Once the pre-ordered item enters the shipping and delivery phase, standard return policies will apply.

If you need to change the size, color, or shipping address of your item, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before our warehouse team processes the shipment.
