Exchange & Return Policy
To ensure customer satisfaction and protect consumer rights, customers may request an exchange or return of products within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving their order, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and the following terms and conditions:

Proof of Purchase: The customer must provide the order number or electronic invoice to process any exchange or return request.

Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition as received, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and suitable for resale.

Eligibility for Refund: Customers are entitled to return a product and receive a refund if the product has a manufacturing defect, does not match the advertised description or specifications, or if an incorrect item was delivered.

Inspection & Processing: Return requests will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected to ensure compliance with this policy.

Refund Timeline: Once approved, the refund will be issued through the appropriate payment method or bank transfer, as applicable. The refunded amount may take between 7 and 14 business days to appear in the customer's account, depending on the bank's processing procedures.

Policy Exclusions: This policy does not apply to products that are excluded by their nature, for health and hygiene reasons, or to products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Right of Refusal: The store reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request that does not meet the conditions set out in this policy.

Consumer Rights: This policy does not affect any other legal rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
Note on Refunds: Once the return request has been approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
